If you have ever tried to make touchweight measurements using the small supply house gram weight set, you are aware of the tedious process of adding and subtracting weights of 1 gm, 2 gm, 4 gm, 8 gm, etc. from the stack and of keeping track of the arithmetic to tally up the measurement. You may also be aware that the supply house weights are inaccurate, a problem compounded when several are used in combination. Our weight set consists of individual weights of 16 through 25 grams, plus 10, 30, 40, and 50 gram weights. Measurements of up and down weight are greatly simplified, as only one or two weights per measurement are ever required.
	We turn these weights from 3/4" round brass stock, calibrate to ± .10 grams, stamp the weight designation clearly on top, and lacquer them to prevent tarnish. The case is lacquered birch, felted on the bottom.
