IMPORTANT: Please be sure to tell us your correct UPS zip code and all address details (apartment, suite #, floor, etc.) since UPS charges us $10.00 for any address errors, even if they know where the package is supposed to go!

Worried about e-mailing your credit card number? Just send most of the number in one e-mail, then the last four digits plus the expiration date in a separate email. Note: We do keep credit card numbers on file from previous orders. Always confirm your current shipping address!

Payment: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, money orders - or for domestic orders only, personal checks. Paypal payments should be made to our Paypal account name: bill@spurlocktools.com

Terms are net 30 for open accounts, with 1.5% finance charge added after 30 days. Orders shipped C.O.D. require an additional $6.00 charge per package. A $10.00 charge will be assessed for bounced checks.

Best payment options for International orders: Payment by VISA, Mastercard, or Paypal are the simplest. If you wish to use Paypal just email your order and we will email an invoice through Paypal which will contain a link for easy payment. Paypal will then offer a choice of several payment options. NOTE: we no longer accept bank transfers from foreign banks as these often entail hidden bank fees.

Domestic orders: We try to ship all orders within 24 hours. Most smaller packages are sent via Priority Mail, which takes 1 to 3 days. Packages over 2 lbs. are shipped by UPS ground. See the map below for UPS ground shipping times to your destination. UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day, or Next Day Air shipping are available at additional cost.

Priority Mail International: This is sometimes slightly less expensive, but often comparable to Express Mail in cost. It is trackable online and insured. Slightly slower than Express Mail.

UPS: Comparable in cost to Express Mail for Canada Shipments, but roughly double the cost of Express Mail for all other international destinations. However, it can be tracked, is insured, and is by far the most reliable and fastest method of moving the shipment through foreign customs. However, UPS charges the recipient additional brokerage and customs fees beyond what the postal service normally charges. These fees can add considerably to the cost.

NOTE: With insured postal shipping, claims cannot be filed for 6 months, so the insurance is of little use. We have had a very few foreign shipments take up to eight weeks for arrival due to delays in foreign customs. However, such delays are now rare and the vast majority take only about 1-2 weeks. If you choose any of the mail options, you must agree to take all risk of loss or delay in shipping. Having said that, most of our foreign customers choose the mail option and have no problems.

Shipping Charges: To minimize cost to you, we charge actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee. The cost will depend upon actual package weight, and means of shipping. Note that the shipping cost schedule on our order forms is a rough guide only. For an exact quote in advance, please call or email with your order and preferred shipping method.
